Kathmandu- 57 new cases (RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Monday while 27 people recovered from the disease.
In 716 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, 41 people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Monday. Whereas, 16 positive cases were found in 1,215 Antigen tests in the last 24 hours.
Currently, there are 147 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.
So far, 12,031 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 in Nepal.
